RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Total or partial return of your order

The law recognizes customers of the European Union the right to withdraw from their purchase for a period of 14 working days from the day following the receipt of the product. Therefore, when you want to return your order during this period, without any commitment or mistake from www.muellesdeplatillo.com, we will refund the amount associated with the delivery of the order as follows:

- In the case of a full return of your order you must send the items, freight prepaid, to our address C/Marina 127-131 08013 Barcelona bajos. The item/s must be in the same conditions they were sent, along with a copy of the delivery note or invoice. Once the items have been received, we will proceed to refund the total amount. We will not refund the shipping costs, postage or any other costs or services related to your order, such as transfer taxes or other services.

- In the case of a partial return, you should follow the same steps above and you must state which part/s you require a refund for, on the delivery note/invoice. We will never issue a refund for a used materials.

Order exchanges

There will be exchanges of any item as long as the following requirements are met:

- Material is in perfect conditions

- Freight prepaid

- Once we confirm that we have got the product for exchange on stock, the procedure is the same as mentioned in the first point of the return policy.

 All credits/refunds will be made via the same method of payment that were made (bank transfer, Paypal, credit card, etc). In the case of a refund, we will only return the value of the goods.

Order and invoices

The contracting parts at the sales realized in the website are the customer and Suministros Riol S.A. (Vat nº ESA08368466).

The contract related to the sales realized in the web is effective at the moment that the order is confirmated to the customer, and the payment has been realized.
